2. What this site provides

ToolstoIndia publishes editorial reviews of software, tutorials, reference material and aggregated job listings. Everything here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical or career advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any product.

3. Accuracy and no warranty

We take care to be accurate, but software pricing and features change constantly and listings can go out of date. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Always verify pricing, features and terms on the vendor's own website before purchasing, and verify job details with the employer before applying.

4. Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you subscribe or purchase. This never affects our ratings, rankings, or whether a product's weaknesses are described. The site also displays advertising. Advertisers have no influence over editorial content and do not see content before publication.

5. Job listings

Job listings are aggregated from publicly available sources and are provided for convenience. We are not the employer, we do not screen employers, and we are not party to any application or hiring decision. All applications are made on the employer's own website.

We never charge candidates, never request payment, and never ask for bank details or documents. Treat any communication claiming otherwise in our name as fraudulent and report it to us.

If you are an employer and want a listing removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

6. Acceptable use

  • Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site other than as permitted by our robots.txt
  • Republish substantial portions of our content without permission
  • Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
  • Use the site to distribute spam, malware or unlawful content
  • Misrepresent your identity when contacting us or submitting a listing

7. Intellectual property

Editorial content on this site is ours and is protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only, which does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

8. User submissions

If you send us a tool submission, correction or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the site. Do not send us anything confidential.

We link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, practices or privacy policies. Following an outbound link is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction. This does not deprive consumers of protections available under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
