Government Information

Government information online has a specific failure mode: sites republish scheme details, vacancy counts and result dates without checking them, and readers act on figures that stopped being true months ago. A wrong closing date can cost someone a job application.

We handle it differently, and it is worth being explicit about how.

• Every factual claim is traced to an official gov.in or nic.in source, and that source is linked on the page rather than referred to vaguely.
• Every page shows when the source was last verified. If that date is old, you know to check the official portal yourself.
• We do not publish individual vacancy listings or result data. Those change constantly, and maintaining them accurately at scale is not something we can honestly promise. Instead we tell you exactly which body publishes them and link you there.
• Where an official source is unclear or has not been updated, we say so rather than filling the gap with a plausible guess.
• We never present ourselves as a government body. We do not issue documents, process applications, or charge for anything.
